I think that anger management should be practiced by employees at work and should know the importance of controlling anger.I think this is not easy for an employee to understand.I did observe that employees work peacefully if created work environment according to their interest and thoughts.This is because they feel responsible towards their actions and productivity.Effective employee-employee understanding will ease the employee stress thus effective management.There are effective steps for Anger management I shall post my views about the topic in next post.

A Guy with the Name Vyom Arya who claims is a Managing Director of a Company name Soft Technologies Solutions Pvt. Ltd. #160, Lane No.11, Mohit Nagar, Dehradun Utrakhand (Don’t know whether this address is right or not) is a big time Fraud & Scammer, he collected a huge amount of money from us for giving ID Creation & Chat process.But is Absconding since then. This happen last week only, he is still active in CALL CENTRE PLANET, BENPRISE,etc. and number of other Sites telling innocent people of ID & Chat Process & trying to fool them & run away with their huge amount of hard earned money.
