Hi all,This is to keep posted and share some of my real life experinces at work place.I noticed an article in a leading news daily few months ago which was published by a life style Journalist about the influence of stress on daliy life.The summary of the article is an eye opener.I realised that I am victim of Stess which is due to unrealistic approach towards personal life style.I immediately restructured my daliy activities at work and house to balance the responsibilities efficiently and intelligently.Guess the result..I was surprised by the output of the revamped schedule.I started to balance the office and home equally.I am able to complete the tasks ahead of time and efficiently planned day to day activities in advance.I will continue this series of stress management tips every week.
