We need the candidates who are having Experience in IT Recruitment
Experience in entire Recruitment life cycle from sourcing, screening, selection, data mapping for projects, company mapping.
Skills: unconventional sourcing channels (Different social Networking Sites) for recruiting.
Good Communication Skills, Good Understanding of the Recruitment Process,
Experience in both Permanent and Contractual Placements,
Understanding the Technical Requirements,
Should be good with Candidate Followups, interactions, Salary Negotiations and Screening Resumes.
