Position:
Head – Commercial for RVAC (Refuse Recyclables Vacuum & Collection)
This is a Facility Management Service provider, starting operations under the Ramky Banner
Job Title : Head - Commercial
Reports to : Head of Facilities Management Operations
Location : RVAC Office, Gachibowli
Education Qualifications
Essential : M.Com
Desirable : C.A./C.S./I.C.W.A.
Roles & Responsibilities :
§ Prepare financial model/analysis of all project proposals within RVAC and perform feasibility studies
§ Associate in the preparation of business plan of RVAC along with long term, medium term and short term plans
§ Critically review the cost estimates for various activities, works etc and suggest measures for cost reduction
§ Maintain and monitor budgets for the project and provide regular reports duly capturing the variances
§ Prepare cash flow projections on a fortnightly, monthly and quarterly basis
§ Associate in all activities relating to raising invoices to the clients & ensure receipts of payments
§ Closely liaise with the F&A team of parent companies (Cleantech, Singapore & REEL, India) in ensuring proper and accurate reporting as per the agreed formats.
§ Associate with F&A team of parent companies ( Cleantech, Singapore & REEL, India) in all matters relating to accounts finalization, statuary & internal audit, filing returns for direct and indirect taxes, computation of advance tax etc
§ Participate in negotiations, review and provide financial concurrence for all procurement and contract proposals duly ensuring compliance with the delegation of authority, procurement guidelines etc.
§ Maintain close liaison with investors and coordinate in providing all the requisite information as per schedule
§ Compile and provide all requisite information for MIS, EXCO, OC and board meetings
§ Ensure implementation of all processes and policies as communicated by the F&A team of parent companies (Cleantech, Singapore & REEL, India)

§ 10 – 12 years experience in all commercial activities – F&A, Administration, procurement and internal & external compliance. Lower experience can be considered for a very bright candidate.
§ Good communication skills – Spoken Telugu + English; writing – English
§ Good knowledge of state & central taxation systems & other statuary compliance
Target Industry Preference (E.g.: Infra / Real Estate / Manufacturing) :
§ Preferable background is services Industry but not necessary. Head of Commercial can actually come from any background so far as S/he is exposed to such working experience
