Importance of Operations Management

Operations management is one of the ingredient which plays a vital role to stabilise the brand of the product.Operations management is a technique to forecast the demand,plan and define the role of an employee and to engage them in a strategically planned business.It is often termed as the backbone of a company.People management is a part of the Operations management.I believe that both the management techniques should be simplified to understand for emerging managers.
